Week 5 session 3 completed. I can run for 20 minutes now. I am very proud of myself as 5 weeks ago I couldnt and wouldnt run for the bus!

Well done on completing week 5. It feels such an achievement does it not? It's also a major turning point in the programme. Please remember to treat week 6 with respect - it's a lot tougher than it seems and the return to intervals is no soft option. Keep it very slow and steady and in this way you will win through. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.

Well done. That 20 minute run feels like a big turning point doesn't it? It's a great feeling of achievement. I agree with Fitmo - returning to the interval running is not easy! if you think you are in for an easy time of week 6 run 1 you are in for a rude awakening!
