OK, back on the bike (so to speak)

Right, after too long a break - had to got to wk6r2 when a pulled calf muscle stopped me dead - returned to past glories by going back to wk4r1 this morning in the gym. Went better than I expected, but am prepared to do wk4 twice as grounding before progressing.

Lovely shade of pink to celebrate the coming Giro D'Italia, I must have looked a sight!

But most importantly, I'M BACK!
