Ex couch potato - thank you to the group and this program :)

I am to complete W7D3 tonight and have to say I am actually looking forward to it :) I never thought I could get this far. I still struggle to find a groove and it's not easy but it is rewarding and I want to thank everyone for the posts, tips, inspiration and humor. I can't wait to graduate and continue on my journey. While there are days I have to talk myself into going out there - the feeling once I have completed the run makes it all worth it. Thanks again and what a wonderful group of people you all are :)

Thank you!

Well done on getting so far with the programme. You are not far off graduation now. It does take some commitment to progress with any exercise programme and you have to put in the effort - which you have clearly done so you've earned your success. Good luck with your run this evening and best wishes.

You have done brilliantly, but has C25k really turned you into a chipmunk?
