Got up with the sparrows , was in our local swimming pool for 7am the funny thing is hip doesn't hurt one bit when I swim , no pain when cycling & just a slight twinge when walking , when I say pain that's not correct actually , it's like a deep soreness . It's only sore when I want to run , ! Oh well enjoyed the swim & then steam room & sauna . Hip is feeling less sore for it too .

Good stuff Rockette. 7.00 am swim! Crikey, you're keen.

I hope it sorts out your achey hip for you.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you rockette

Have you been back to your doctor about this pain and soreness? It seems to have gone on for so long and just as you've got back into the swing of running again you get a flare up. I can't offer advice except to suggest you see the doctor again and do low impact stuff until the flare up recedes again. Must be horribly frustrating for you though. Good luck and very best wishes.
