2 weeks to go, can't quite believe I've got this far one thing I am noticing though is I still feel I'm really pushing myself even after 4 25 minute runs in a row I still don't feel it's getting easier - anyone else find this?
I notice I really look forward to each run though and feel so good after

Believe it! You are doing very well. You will feel that you are still pushing yourself - the 25 minute runs are a bit relentless and designed to prepare you for the 28 minute runs in the week (8) that you are about to start. It never feels easier because there is always that next little challenge to achieve. You will feel good though. Good luck with week 8 - the time will fly by now and you'll be at graduation before you know it. Best wishes.
I hope so kittykat! Not sure I could slow down anymore, I'll be walking haha! Thanks fitmo, I keep holding on to how good I feel after each run which keeps me going!
Well done on your graduation by the way! Just noticed your badge, must have missed your graduation post! How does it feel?
It feel good thank you. Mind, it does bring a new set of challenges - not least the lack of structure. I will be starting the Stepping Stones, Speed and Stamina podcasts on Wednesday. I went for a leisurely walk/run intervals outing today and it wasn't great - I missed the podcast and felt lethargic. Will be back in training day after tomorrow though. Besides, you'll know the answer to this question very shortly. Good luck and best wishes.
