My knees hurt ! but I kept going and did the run. Kept losing Laura so did it alone, pretty sure I did almost 5 minutes as I just kept going for ages ( well it seemed ages ) and so glad I kept going it alone. But my knees, should I try and run thru it or rest them ?

I reckon it's new runners knee (as I call it) You have rest days between runs, and for good reasons. It's to let your body recover from its exertions. I think most of us have aching knees and ankles to start with, but it's par for the course. It should get better as you get fitter and stronger during the course of the 9 week programme. Do the warm-ups and cool downs too, as you need those to prevent injury
thats a relief, I so want to do this . Actually calmed down since I came home and rested
Well done for completing week 2. I'm sure the aches and pains will get less as you progress through the programme. At the moment your body is getting used to something it hasn't really done before. Good luck with the start of Week 3 and best wishes.
