Thankyou for all the kind lovely responses wishing me well done on completing week 9. Im loving it now, have to run every other day, go in the countryside on old trails, ie; monsal trail in derbyshire, beautiful setting. Thankyou to all, lovely heart warmimg respones.

I'm in Derbyshire too but not in the lovely Peak District, but we have trails too, but round the gas works and by the old canal, dodging dog muck and broken glass! LOL
