Wow you are rocketing. My half times are around 2 hours/ 2 hours 10 depending on hills but like you I can still chat away. I had a body composition analysis a few weeks ago and when they tested my aerobic capacity I was told off for not pushing myself more because I could still have a conversation, mind you I could probably talk under water where I'm such a chatterbox lol!

i done a 14 and 15 mile run and about 4 13s b4 you should get faster without really working plus on small runs i pushed myself i had a crappy last long run 13.4 and had to walk a bit but in the last week i had 4 run s doing speed work

in sundays 10k the slowest i went was 7.30 and that was off road and hills lots of hills

I really need to work on my hills it is my weakest area. Which halfs are you planning to do this year? I have entered 4 but they are spread over the year and a couple of 10 milers including the great south. I ran one race last year and this year I have gone running crazy and entered 20!

Great stuff moger. You must be chuffed to bits with your elite runner status, and how far you've come since c25k
