Sounds like you have a lot to overcome and I applaud you for it and wish you all the luck and determination in the world. I'm sure you will help others to do the same. Good luck, and keep posting on here - you may well inspire others to keep at it.
Welcome to the forum. It doesn't matter if the program takes a bit longer - I frequently repeat runs/weeks if I need to or have a longer rest if I think it would benefit me. You are doing well to have reached W4 with all you have to overcome healthwise. I wish you all the very best and good luck.
Take all the time you need, rest until you have spoons enough, repeat runs as you feel necessary. Glad you are up to the challenge and i hope it helps.
