It might be wiser to rest and keep yourself warm with plenty of fluids. Listening to your body is what it's all about. Hope you are soon recovered. Best wishes.

Unless you're coughing anything up YES. As long as you wrap up and stay hydrated, being outside getting your body moving will help your cold. But if you start coughing anything up, you need to stop, because as soon as it hits your chest is when it could do some damage.
