Not be on for some time but since I finished I have kept running but have found it hard with out Laura so I have come back and am starting at week 6 again as this is were the fun began done WK6R1 and must say it was just as hard the second time round. Good to see everyone doing so well reading the post keep it up well done.

Did you do the C25k+ podcasts after you graduated? These three podcasts are still with Laura but you can use them at any time you feel like it. They're very good little training tools, and because they're still with Laura, you feel that familiar, friendly voice encouraging you forward. I am running 10 k now but still mix and match these three podcasts. They are downloadable from on here by the way. Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed. Good luck
I'm doing Bridge to 10 k now with Sami Murphy podcasts. Did 10 k to the last of the podcasts today. The music, most of it new to me, is fab with words, music and lyrics put there deliberately to get the best out of your runs. Truly inspirational. I've learned some really new good tunes on the way. I downloaded them on here
I graduated a year ago and still alternate the three C25K+ podcasts. I'm 64 so I don't want to increase my distance and I'm scared of getting too thin anyway. I don't dislike the Audiofuel music as it's great to have the beat to run to and I can listen to my own choice of music any other time.
