Well I am gob smacked! I have procrastinated all day..... Why am I so nervous about this run? I completed all of week 1 with no problems mmmm I'm all dressed but not yet gone grrrr I'm annoying myself!

You'll be fine. It's not actually any longer than the runs you did in week 1. You can do it. And if you're all dressed up, then why not just get out there and get it over with? You'll feel wonderful afterwards.

Started wk 2 yesterday. Actually easier than I expected - could have run for longer than 90sec but have sore knees today, so glad I didn't!! Just go for it. I'm ancient and unfit and I did it!
Ok, having read someone else's similar post I have been! It was hard but I did it!
Always best to get it done and then relax knowing you have achieved something. Best wishes.
