Could hardly walk today so been to doctors and hospital have medial tibial plateau and cart ledge damage got to go for MRI scan to find out the extent of the damage lesson well and truly learnt listen to your body if there is pain of any sort stop there will always be another day. Looks like I won't be running for a while!
