After 10 days off with a really painful knee, I have just done a full set of my knee supprt exercises and it wasn't sore at all. Woohoo - hopefully get out and going again on Friday or Saturday. I was on week 8, but think I will start with a more gentle run with intervals to make sure that everything is ok and to ease me back in again. For anyone else out there who thinks they can just ignore the pain and keep going - don't do it!

You are very wise to start off again with a gentle run and intervals. I agree with you about taking notice of pain, ignoring it is not worth the risk. Good luck with your next run. Best wishes.
