Whooooo!!! Went out for a run with my son today, he had to stop halfway due to a calf injury so I just carried on and ran a record breaking........ wait for it....... 5k in 32 minutes. Not speedy but I was impressed with myself.

Well done!

I just ran 5 k this morning and my time was 32.31 but it was cold, windy, rainy and I was on the trail with the slope of doom. I forgot to turn round (again!!!!) and ended up having to walk/run back the 5k and it was lashing it down by then. I wish my planning was a bit better. LOL

Happy running

That's not funny and downright miserable. It was windy and a little wet, but then I was at the Wetlands Wildlife Park and by the channel. At 60 my dream is to get to 5k in 30 minutes, here's hoping. Hmmm why isn't my graduate badge showing. Sorry I digress. xx

I'm actually getting slower! I know that for a fact now that I have a Garmin. Sad but true. LOL.

You have to apply for your Graduate Badge (congrats on that by the way!) Look at the top right hand column and there is an icon there you can click on which leads the way to your badge.
