Is it classed as graduating once you have done week 9 run 3 and have jogged for 30 minutes but you have not done 5k? I start week 9 tomorrow and I am nowhere near 5k.

I graduated a year ago but I don't think I'll ever run 5k in 30 minutes - takes me around 35 still after a year - but then at my age I'm running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine is end of next week (I did do 5km last week, but it was more than 30 minutes, so I just counted it as my w8r1 run). Only 4 more to go for me.
