Well. I'm back on my hill this morning. Started my run before 7. Home and showered with an hour to spare before I have to go to work!! I completed the 25 mins with much less aching than normal. Clearly getting used to my new trainers. I find that when I reach the top of the steep bit of the hill I take about 6 - 8 mins to recover as I have trouble controlling my breathing. This means the second part of my run goes much easier. I wish I could just control my breathing better. Guess it's down to practice.
However Laura said that I'm officially a runner! Whoop, whoop!
Happy running all
