Oh my! This is the just the sort of post I was looking for! Just joined the Forum as I've just completed Week 2 (last night) and was looking for people going through the same. I feel like moving on to Week 3 (on Friday, eeek!) is going to be a step too far for me - can I really run for 3 mins without stopping?! You've made me feel like I can!
Youll do it seriously I panic every time I move to a new week but you know what you manage it, I'm always shocked I can do it but it really works , hurt my knee and resting up and I'm gutted I can't go run and you have ti understand this is amazing for me hated pe and hated exercise, you will get addicted , someone said to me it doesn't get easier but doesn't get harder either !!! I think we just start to enjoy the adrenalin kick afterwards that makes it worth it , you'll do it and you'll be able to do 5 mins too xxx
