Hi folks. Just been reading all the advice to Amberduck for wk 5. What sort of speeds are people running for their 20 mins?

I turned the pace down on the treadmill as I went into wk 4 & wonder whether I need to do the same again for wk 5. It was good advice to me to focus on keeping going & then inching the speed up.

Purely theoretical -- but how would this go as a "strategy" for week 5? Day 1 - the same pace as you finally achieved in Week 4 (where you inched the pace up) . Day 2 - a little slower pace -- and day 3 a little slower again?? :) (Longer distances on days 2 and 3)

Sounds like a plan! Many thanks.
