Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Definitely a mental challenge though, run three looks a challenge !

Doing mine later on this morning, don't feel too apprehensive about this one, it's Saturday's 20min one that's giving me the colly-wobbles .... 'one run at a time ... trust in Laura' is my new mantra!!!!

Good luck for today, yes the 20 minutes run is looming, it seems a massive step but will certainly give it a good go

Just got back ... feel amazing!!! It's so much easier today because it's warmish, still and dry ... decided to go on the roads again today and embrace the inclines ;) ... all good!!
