used the i pod it was pouring with rain tonight lasted 20 mins but gave in had nice run around the colleges kings st johns and then round the backs nearly got my head knock of from the umbrella people had sherbet lemons tonight only had one no gels and got me k s done 16.8 km 1hr 31 this was surposed to be a slow run speed training tomoz only 3 miles day off sat happy running to u all

Oh wow what were sherbert lemons like? I haven't done those yet!!!good distance and a good time... I hate umbrellas I'm always getting stabbed in my eyes as I'm quite tall!!! Good luck for Sat!
