Well I done it, run 1 of week 2 ! Decided to stop worrying & just go for it, I could always stop if it's to much & I'm proud to say I managed, was hard but actually my breathing was a bit better, that's what I was worried about most, and it was ok. Feeling very proud of myself at the moment!! : ))

Just to add I just worked out how far I went & it's just over 3K which I am over the moon with! Didn't think I had gone that far! Yay me lol
