I not a fan of taking my phone with me tbh at the mo im doing the route on map my run before i even go out which is good because then I can't feel like i want to chicken out lol

I have a Garmin watch (an old model from my previous running days), I love it. I reckon it's the single most motivational thing you can get to encourage you to run. I would recommend anyone to beg, steal or borrow one. Well, maybe not steal...

I think I will get one he has given me 200 pounds to spend on clothes for our holiday and i have 300 to add to that and who needs that many clothes so i think I will spend some of his money on a garmin for myself =D
