just had my last run of the wk 42 miles for a wk 10.33 1hr31 my calfs were hurting tonight to b fair there was good bits and bad but something funny happend theres a sprint thing on my route frm map my run im top only out of 17 but everytime i get near it i find my legs start speeding up with out even thinking about it had me in stitches tonight ive dne 3 miles by the time ive got there shouldnt moan i live in cambridge and it running around the backs and 7 wks to hm just got my email my chip is on the way onward and up i think happy running all bloody cold tonight
