Every week is 3 times a week with an essential rest day in between.

3 times a week, with a day off in between :)

The runs are three times each per week before moving on to the new week's podcast.

It's good to have a rest day in between runs.

There are very strict rules about the couch.

The runs cannot be completed on the couch and taking the couch with you isn't included in the plan either.

The couch is not allowed to come and watch.

No members of the couch family can be present either, including chairs, cushions or the small thing for your feet

Returning to the couch at the end of the run is permitted but it's advisable to take a shower first.

It's also wise not to discuss your run whilst sitting on the couch for fear of couch reprisals

Furniture spurned can be unpredictable

Once you have graduated you are permitted to rise from the couch slowly, take two steps forward, turn and make a sign of your choosing (raising your hand to your head and making an L shape is traditional).

At this point your furniture may start to seem less of a threat.

Be warned, a post graduation lull may set in and the couch is aware of this, aiming to catch you unawares.

Graduates have often been found weeks later wandering this website in a daze, looking for their "Mojo".

Wiser graduates are prepared for this and seek out counsel with the one they call Laura.

They often speak of "post graduation goals" and "C25k+ podcasts" but we can leave those tales for another time.

*other furniture based products are available.

If you are not careful, the furniture colludes with each other - my bed is in on it

The majority of lost Mojos are found down the back of the couch. so that's the first place to look.
