Couch to 5K

Completed Week 2. 1st 90secs hard then the rest got better. Believing I can do this ..yay!

I can't believe I'm feeling fitter already.. Also beginning to believe its possible to enjoy running while you're doing it,., not just when you stop! I always thought people lied about that orwere an alien species. Going to try start of week three on Fri, but giving self permission to back track and consolidate week2. Easy does it sounds best!!

Thanks Ullyrunner, I don't seem to have much choice about slow! Sometimes feel like the jog is slower than the brisk walk! But still good feeling.

Brilliant - I just completed week 2 today and am moving onto week 3 on Friday too. I know what you mean about changing levels of fitness - I came home from my run this evening and I wasn't beetroot red and didn't have to have a lie down for half an hour. Onwards and upwards...

Great isn't it, but I believe it can vary. One day you can feel like you've cracked this fitness thing, and the next it's back to puffing tomato syndrome!
