Week 9 runs 2 and 3. I am not bothered about how far I run. For me it is about increasing time and endurance and recovery, but I thought I should check with Google Fit before I finish. I seem to be running about 3.5 km in the 30 minutes. Frankly, that is fantastic. 9 weeks ago I had not run a step for 30 years and a series of health issues meant that I probably never would. Then I discovered “niko, niko” and C25k. I really am amazed.

Our bodies are remarkable organisms that have amazing abilities to adapt and develop in response to the correct doses of appropriate stimuli.

You are amazing..........we are all amazing.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Brilliant! It really, absolutely is about being able to run for 30 minutes and totally not about how far you run. Embrace your inner snail 🐌 and rejoice in what you have achieved. You should be very proud of the progress you have made. Well done! 👏👏👏

That is a good distance. I’m 47 and do 4.25km in 30 minutes. I’m not bothered about speed or distance. Just now, it’s the ability to run for 30 minutes that keeps me happy. I got the book on niko niko, reading it just now as it’s supposed to be good for keeping injuries down

What an amazing achievement for you. You are out running and achieving. Your speed is not important. Goodluck for your last two runs.🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️👍

Fantastic! What a great inspiration. Not a step for 30 years and now your going for 30 minutes.

Who cares how far? 30 minutes of running!!! There are 16 year olds who can't do that.

You are amazing!

Really well done!

Fantastic. Great attitude. I can learn from your not being over-competitive. Just being able to run 30 minutes is great, isn't it?
