Just did the last run of week 2 today it was slightly hard but I just about managed. Should I just move on or should I repeat it a couple of times if I find it hard?? All in all though so far so good :)

I'm figuring try W3R1 and if you can't do it go back to W2...that's my plan

I don't think running is ever easy so slightly hard sounds like a good run to me! Move on and follow Laura you're doing great!

I agree, move on to week 3. You can always go back but better to push yourself and try, it's as much about building belief that you can do it as completing the weeks. W5R3 as Laura will tell you is all about the mental hurdle. Keep going, you can do it!!

So long as you completed, move on. All the runs are hard to start with in my opinion, but all of a sudden it will just click into place mentally and physically. Good luck

Yes, move on once you've completed each week. Trust the plan-it should be hard as you're building strength and endurance. Good luck!

We're in the same place! I finished W2 today and found it really hard, but that maybe due to late one last night! I'm really not sure that I will be able to manage W3, but I'm going to give it a go anyway Mon morning, and then keep trying until I manage it. I've got a feeling that W3 might last 2 weeks! Good luckx

Haha yeah me too!! I'm starting it tomorrow because I didn't want to skip two days without running and I'm actually beginning to really enjoy running and look forward to it!!! It's great!!!

Find this all reassuring as struggled with w2r2 :( I kept going but on a couple of the 90s runs started walking before the end. If no better Monday will start week 2 again

I've been thinking exactly the same. I did the run in week 1 5 times until I completed it with ease. I've now done the first two runs of week 2 and I'm starting to wonder whether to do it a couple of times more. I think a part of me doesn't believe that this final goal is achievable for me, and I'm scared of meeting a run that's just too hard and giving up.
