Day 1 nearly killed us and now we can jog along for over half an hour without stopping, so you are doing so much better than we did in the beginning

Welcome to the world of “Wow! I did it!” Each week you get to look back and think “why didn’t it feel this good at school?, where I was always last?
Now I am so much better than I was last week.
Don’t worry about whether you have got it!
Just be determined to use all that you have.
That will be enough to get you to the end of that next week and another opportunity to look back and say “WOW!”
