Congratulations on getting under way. If you have browsed this forum, you will realise that C25k has transformed thousands of lives and that we all want to shout about it and share our running experiences. Welcome to our number and good luck with the journey.

Keep running, keep posting.

Well done, keep going, you'll be at 30 minutes before you know it.

It goes like wildfire John, it really does. If you run every other day, as Laura says, then you'll be ok. Please don't run too fast or try and do too much at once. Just one run at a time, with a rest day in between. Happy running

Well done and welcome to this great forum! And yes, it IS an achievement!

Misswobble says not to go too fast and I would second that. The important thing is to keep going for the time allotted for each run.

Good luck!
