Well it's been five months since I started the programme and I'm still running 2/3 times a week and still enjoying the health benefits it brings. My fitness is much better, I feel more confident in myself and I've dropped two dress sizes. Just wanted to give a quick update as haven't posted for a while, and say to all those starting out that you've made a great decision. I've managed to recruit three other people to start c25k and I continue to spread the word! Happy running everyone, and remember that it doesn't matter how fast you go, it only matters that you go
