So I was struggling. I managed a few 5k runs took me 45 minutes but was not enjoying it. I missed the structure. I've discovered these podcasts. They're brilliant, running to a beat. So if you're like me and struggle give them a go! Happy running

Stamina is a beast! I love my attempts to run it. I think I've fully finished it once.
Yes! Stamina is my fave right now! And Speed is great when you don't have a lot of time.
