Great way to end the year...

... I ran for an hour! Can't believe I just did that :)

I've not managed to get out much in December - just nine runs and I was trying to complete a bridge to 10k programme. Finally finished that today (9.7km, I'll go with that), so feeling just a little bit pleased with my progress this year. I started C25K in May just so I could say I did some exercise, but I've got way more out of running than that.

To those starting out - keep going, you won't regret it.

Happy Running in 2014 everyone!

Running for exercise sounds like some kind of torture....run for fun and the exercise comes free. Congratulations on the milestones.

Keep running, keep smiling.

"Running for exercise" was so I didn't get moaned at in a routine medical back in June (I started C25K at the beginning of May so I could say I was doing some exercise).

Now the exercise is a bonus, I'm loving my running.
