I took some vital statistics shortly after starting C25k with a view to seeing if they changed any. Someone close to me noticed I had less bum, so today, 4 months on, I re-took those vital statistics. Arms/bust/thighs are the same measurement. However I have lost 1 inch from my hips, and 2 inches from my waist (around tummy button as I never knew where my waist was - it disappeared some time ago.) I don't have scales, but think I'm around the same weight, maybe lost a few pounds. I have today bought a pair of size 12 chinos! I can't remember when I was last size 12! I should add that I always ate pretty sensibly, and have only cut out a biscuit at luch time, and maybe one in the evening. It is all down to running!!!!!!

MAdame Truffe - get youuuuuu! Well done. It's hard cutting things out - especially this time of year. My lady wife made some custard tarts the other day and they are deeeeeeeelicious!! Bad for everything else though. Luckily there's only 4 left, so after they're gone THAT'S it!

That's great! I've also noticed changes in my body shape since starting running and even have a waist starting to emerge - haven't done measurements but I've gone down a couple of belt-holes .....
