Just completed R3 of W5 and have jogged 20 minutes non stop - I don't believe it! It was very, very slow but I did it. I also did not quite believe Laura or the program but it does work and if I can get to jogging for 20 minutes anyone can. I'm over the moon. Happy jogging everyone x

That first 20 minute run was the best one! It feels amazing that you've come that far doesn't it? Keep going! Well done :-)

Brilliant!! Slow is good. You'll gradually increase speed as you progress but it's more important that you give your body the time to adjust to the extra strains so don't worry about it. Just keep on doing what you're doing.

Congratulations, well done - makes for a happy weekend! I'm just back in from same run and so happy too. I was also incredibly slow in parts but, as Laura said, I just kept putting one foot in front of the other!! Enjoy your weekend.
