Wahey - after doing my pilates exercises every morning for the last 2 weeks and walking at least 3 times a week, again for the last two weeks, I just jog/walked to the postbox to get there before the collection time AND then jog/walked home again. Not only made the time - made it home before the collection time too - Only 10 mins but two weeks ago it took me 10 mins to just walk to the box and I was out of breath :)
