Yes, I would - you could always skip runs if you're finding it too easy.

Hmm.....it would seem sensible to start at the beginning just to try out your newly mended foot. Then, I suppose, just see how it goes and move on if you and your foot are happy!
Yes I suppose you're both right. Just can't wait to get back into it, but as the saying goes....better not run before I can walk!
