I ran 5mins and then I did it again!

First run of week 4, felt like I was jogging on the spot for the last 5mins but I did it and (dare I say it) except for the ache in my legs, I could have carried on. Came across two others that were doing C25K and they were slower than me, so that made me feel better lol. Also, trying to get my mum on board, so that I have someone to run with in the evenings...don't want to go back to a treadmill now I've experienced running outdoors!!
