Week 8 run 2

I did it but really really struggled! I could have cried when I got home. I know I was slower. One lady walking overtook me. I didn't want to go out tonight and had to fight the inner me to stay in the warm. I'm sorry I'm moaning but tonight after that run I'm just begining to wonder if I can do this. Don't feel as so triumphant as I have after all the other runs. :-(

  • It was a bad run ! They happen , put it behind you , you did it , you didn't give in . Stop bring hard on yourself , feel proud instead , of what you have achieved r3 next for you , then just 3 more and you will be a graduate ! Well done .

  • here here - completely agree

  • You should feel proud of yourself for firstly going out when you really didn't want to and secondly for finishing a run that you were finding tough. Must have taken lots of mental courage which is what it is all about, so you have proved that you definitely CAN do this in my book.

  • Good for you Dont worry about the speed ..I would 'win' if there was a competition for the slowest but it doesn't matter as long as you keep going .. And you did Of course you can do it

  • Aww mum2, don't be downhearted. You've done so well. It was a bad day. At least you went out. I didn't! You SO can do it and you will.
