So yesterday morning I did the second run of week 6. 2 ten minutes runs with a 3 minute walk in between. And it was OK. But that's it for intervals. On the one hand, I'm glad, because I will only have one run to do each time I run from now on. But the next four are for 25 minutes non-stop and they get longer from there.
I have decided that when I finish the programme this time I'm going to reward myself with a graduation T-shirt. They weren't available until after I graduated last year and I never got round to getting one. I've already got my badge, and I don't want to get the T-shirt until I can run for 30 minutes without a break again. Now, if I could just get my little boy to sleep all the way through the night until the morning, then I might find myself with enough energy to look forward to my next run!

Yes good luck with the sleeping & the longer runs. I quite fancy the man's blue running top - it's probably longer than the woman's version but do like the style of the woman's top. Decisions, decisions.
