Week 3 run order

I'm going to be doing my first run of week 3 this evening and was just wondering in what order the 90 second & 3 minute runs are - i.e, is it literally two sets of 90 secs followed by two sets of 3 mins, or do they alternate? Sorry if that doesn't make much sense - Monday morning brain syndrome here!

think (but moight be wrong...going from memory here) its 90 s, 3 min, 90 s 3 min with walking between each one.

Great, thanks. I was hoping it would be in that order as it means I will hopefully run each 3 minute section on the flat... not the easiest of tasks when you live in Snowdonia! Thanks again :)

hi i redid week 3 again today. its 5 min warmup, then 90 sec run, then 90 sec walk, then 3 min run, 3 min walk, then repeat. Just listern to Laura and good luck!
