Just finished week 6 run 3 and found it OK - even felt I could have a keep going a bit longer... then I stopped! Legs felt like jelly - lots of water , lots or stretching and some ice and have now recovered. Never thought the recovery would feel harder than the run itself.

I'm on this one on Tuesday. Did Run 2 today. It was my worst run ever! The 20 minutes of Week 5 seemed like a breeze by comparison! How weird is that? Well done you for getting to 25 minutes!
Make sure you do a really good warm-down walking session and stretches, and drink within 30 minutes of stopping; I find that helps with jelly-legs. It also seems to stop them hurting the next day.
