Have made it to week 9 before, then injury, then to week 5 and lost the motivation, and played at it another couple of times. However, started again yesterday, at week 4, and am looking at the week ahead to 'book' my runs in. Difference since I last tried is that I have lost nearly a stone in weight and now want to keep loosing, and to tone up, so have some motivation, just need to keep it going, so planning to post after each and every run, to help get me there.

Fantastic effort on the weight front - WELL DONE! It should be significantly easier not carrying the extra kilo's this time. You will succeed with the running too. I wish you well!
