Tracking apps recommendations?

Does anyone know of any decent tracking/location apps (for Android) that would allow my partner to see my location when I'm out running?

Sometimes, he'll walk the dog in the same area to keep an eye on me but now the dark nights are in it's harder.

Obviously for safetys sake I know I'd feel better if I knew he was aware of where I was.

You can do that with endomondo. I have been known to send an encouraging message to a friend when I see she is out on a long run! There is also an app called MyWhereAbouts that I believe will update your facebook page with your progress.

Google+ has a feature that does this you set it to share your location with specified people then they can see where you are
