just wanted to say I had to abandon first attempt - but second time round I was really determined. I took things at my own pace, and repeated some of the middle weeks. You'll feel amazing when you finish and so pleased with yourself for getting back to it. So keep going, remember it doesn't matter how slowly you run as long as you get out there three times a week.

I wanted to post some encouragement because having graduated the end of last year i'm still running and when I went out for a run today I was amazed at how far I'd come and how much I now enjoy it. I'm still slow but who cares!

I had to start again after an ankle injury, it was much better second time round and I'd kept some of the fitness. Good luck
