Headaches Gone

Thanks again to the guys who posted advice for a running headache it seems to have helped. I am keeping a check on my hydration by drinking much more water now even on the days I don't run. Started w6 this-morning which has been a real milestone for me as I have been repeating w5 for almost 3 weeks due to the headaches. Feel like I can move on now and make some progress!

So glad. Need to take my own advice: headache today after Parkrun yesterday and a shorter run this morning! Being conscientious every day about it is the only way we'll all stay healthy!
