Hi I am also at week 7 but although I have done it three times I still struggle to complete and do not know if I should repeat or try week 8.

If you finished it, move on. The only reason you should repeat a week is if you haven't managed to complete it yet, in my opinion. So what if you fail week 8? just keep plugging away til you finish it. You're always going to find it tough, and if you are waiting for it to magically get easy then you will be stuck on week 7 for the rest of your life. But the sense of accomplishment you get when you beat a particularly tough week should be enough to kick you forward. Always focus on the positive. You completed week 7. That's an amazing accomplishment in itself. If the takeaway message you allow yourself to remember is that it was difficult, then you are always going to be starting the next week at a disadvantage. Have a bit of faith in yourself, and give yourself a bit of praise for completing the last week. Forget about how difficult it was. Onwards and upwards.
Many thanks, what you said really makes sense. this happens everytime and then I am so surprised I did it. I enjoy reading these posts as I see that most people have the same problem. Your head tells you when you start you will not make it but you soldier on and really try and it works you would have done it. Thanks for answering so positive, tomorrow is my 1st week eight and boy am I ready to take it on. Have a ncie day and happy jogging.
Did it; very difficult at first. but managed to finish it and with a great run at great speed for the last 2 mins. So happy. Thx for your advice
