Shall i give this another go, this time last year I got to week seven then gave up as it got to cold and the raynaulds in my hands and feet made it just too painful. A year on I fancy another go but I dont know where to run i am quite big 12 stone at only 5 2" so feel very embarresed and my lumpy body and red face plodding along the road how do others manage this or are you all totally thin and fit!!

I can't speak for everyone but beetroot jiggling was the way to describe my first run. Definitely try again. You really have nothing to lose. I don't know much about raynaulds. But will thicker gloves and socks help at all. Maybe a bit of trial and error with kit. Hope someone has better advise for you. Good luck.

I was 5 stone over when I started, stuck with it and lost it all. Don't worry about how you look now, focus on how you want to look :-)

Hi, i'm 3.5 stone over weight, red and panting after the first 10 minutes so really don't think everyone is thin on here! I refuse to let anyone ,make me think i shouldn't be out there. Put it out your mind. But i do have one tip, a strategically placed bum bag is great for covering up a flabby tummy!
