I haven't been too good this week with joint pain and ulcer flare up so haven't been able to do my usual runs, but my joints are bearable now so i thought i'd get out and give it a go. I took it really slow and steady on an easy route and thoroughly enjoyed it. My body felt tired and i didn't have a lot of energy but ran for a good 40 minutes just at a really steady pace and i'm so pleased i did. It's great to be back out there and i'm surprised how much i miss it when i cant run.
