All done this morning

Still weigh the same as I did 8 weeks ago

Feel exactly the same as I did 8 weeks ago

But at Least I can run for 28 minutes non Stop

Did you think you'd be able to run for 28 minutes 8 weeks ago? It took me much longer than that to get to those times, so I reckon you're doing pretty well :-)

My weight (lost 30kg) came off slowly (I use myfitnesspal), but it became more noticeable when I was running for about 45 minutes solid.
